We have made some additions to our website in order to serve you faster and more efficiently. Do you need to schedule an appointment? Need a refill? Request a referral? You’ll notice on the front page, just to the right, “Patients Portal” – follow the prompts and carefully fill out the requested information. You must fill out all of the requested fields for the request to be processed. You will receive a prompt response regarding your request via email.

At the end of the year, I will be leaving Patients First to start a new practice.  It has been an honor and pleasure to serve you, and I thank you for your trust and confidence in your care.  The new practice, Trinity Healthcare, is a non-profit Christian Ministry that serves those without health insurance or access to healthcare.  Patients may follow me in the new practice if they choose.

Because the practice is a non-profit entity, it will operate differently than a traditional practice.  A very limited number of patients will be accepted in order to maximize service to those in need. If you would like more information about how you can be a part of this exciting new practice, visit the website: www.TrinityHC.org. For those current patients of mine at Patients First, Dr Berland and the rest of the staff will continue to provide health care. You may need to change your primary care doctor to him, and the staff will help you with this during your next office visit.
