Please make sure that you leave us all pertinent information, including name, date of birth, your phone number, medication, dose, frequency, and pharmacy number. We will not be checking email over the weekend. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please call to make sure that we have received your email .

72 hours are required to complete all referrals and authorizations.
Written by PFAdmin on February 5, 2009 – 1:01 pm -If there are emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate your request. These requests often cannot be completed without speaking with a representative from your insurance company, and sometimes their medical director must have a conversation with one of our physicians. Most insurance companies have a policy in place, stating that if you don’t have the referral completed when you see the physician, get your radiology study, etc, then you will be held responsible for all charges. You can call us and follow the phone prompts to leave a message with our Medical Assistants, or email us at refills@patients-first.com
